Pride Quantum Q6 Edge® 3 Power Wheelchair

The design of the Edge 3 is for the most advanced power chair experience ever! Upgraded SRS (Smooth Ride Suspension) provides a smooth, comfortable ride and advanced stability. Optional iLevel® is available at 4.5 mph with up to 12" of power adjustable seat height. Standard features include front and rear LED fender lights, a USB charger, and drive wheel color accents. The Edge 3 is available in a total of 19 color options, including seven brand-new, bold colors.

iLevel technology: iLevel’s advanced functionality and stability strengthens independence and quality of life. iLevel improves access to one’s environment and enhances social interaction by allowing operation of the power chair with the seat elevated up to 10”. Quantum iLevel elevating seat technology is unique in that it’s user-inspired, where not only does it elevate, but it stabilizes the power chair for safe operation at walking speed. For users, this means being able to grocery shop while elevated; this means navigating crowds at eye level; this means accessing high-top tables in restaurants; and, this means strolling the walking path with your partner, arm-in-arm. Of course, simply being able to adjust the seat height, with added stability, makes transfers safer.

iLevel improves access to one's environment and enhances social interaction by allowing operation of the power chair with the seat fully elevated while at walking speed (Up to 4.50 mph).

TRU-Balance® 3 Power Positioning Systems feature an innovative design that maximizes functional independence while providing an appealing look and feel. TRU-Balance 3 has the ability for quick and easy fine-tuning adjustments to ensure maximum comfort and positioning. Optional 10" of safe seat elevation is offered on the 4Front®

Contoured Seating

Contoured seating is the standard seating option on Quantum Power Chairs. Contoured seating features a black vinyl Captain's seat with options consisting of a high back or medium back, solid seat pan, limited recline, and depth adjustability. It is selected when special positioning is not required.

The Q-Logic 3 Advanced Drive Control System from Quantum Rehab^® is like no other power wheelchair electronics system. Designed from clinician and consumer feedback, Q-Logic 3 is user-friendly and highly customizable. This adaptable, expandable control system can increase and maximize independence.

Warranty Information for the Quantum Q6 Edge® 3 Power Wheelchair

Quantum Rehab Limited Lifetime Warranty

Quantum has provided information throughout the owner's manual in regards to proper usage and care of your scooter. Failure to adhere to this information will void the warranty of the scooter, its parts and the batteries supplied by Quantum.

Warranty service must be performed by a Quantum Rehab Provider. Do not return faulty parts to Quantum without prior written authorization. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the purchaser.

For the lifetime of your power chair from the date of purchase, Quantum will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Quantum to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

                • Main Frame

                • Fixed Seat Post

Two-Year Limited Warranty

For two (2) years from the date of purchase, Quantum will repair or replace
at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following
parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Quantum
to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

                • Electronic Controller

                • Battery Charger

                • Joystick

                • Metal Seating Framing

                • Electrical Harness

18-Month Limited Warranty

For eighteen (18) months from the date of purchase, Quantum will repair or
replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Quantum to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

                • Motor/Gearbox Assembly

                • Power Seat Actuator

12-Month Limited Warranty

For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Quantum will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Quantum to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

                • Accessories

                • Anti-Tip Forks

                • Caster Forks

                • Brakes (Electronic Function Only)

                • Front Riggings

                • Front Rigging Mounting Brackets

                • Caster Beam

Six-Month Limited Warranty

For six (6) months from the date of purchase, Quantum will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Quantum to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

                • Bearings and Bushings

The batteries are covered by a separate six-month warranty, provided by
the battery manufacturer. The batteries are not warranted by Quantum.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear.

Parts or materials which are subject to normal wear and which must be replaced/repaired are the owner’s responsibility and are not covered by warranty. Examples include:

                • ABS Plastic Shrouds

                • Motor Brushes

                • Upholstery and Seating

                • Brake Pads

                • Tires and Tubes

                • Fuses/Bulbs

                • Circumstances beyond the control of Golden

                • Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Quantum

                • Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Quantum

Furthermore, products which have been subjected to negligence, abuse, improper storage, or handling, improper operation, any modifications, misuse are not covered by the warranty.

Exclusions also include components with damage or failure caused by:

                • Contamination

                • Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence

                • Items not mentioned as covered specifically will not be covered

                • Use other than normal design specifications

                • Improper operation, maintenance, or storage

NOTE: If there is an increase in the operational noise level in the transaxle, the warranty does not apply. An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive and excessive strain on the scooter.

NOTE: Gradual deterioration in performance because the battery has been left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for an extended period of time, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.
