Free In-Store Pickup

In-store pick-up is fast, easy and free (no shipping charge). By choosing "In-Store" pickup as your shipping option when placing an order online you will receive an email confirming the order has been processed. Afterward, when the item arrives and is made available, you will receive a follow-up email once your purchase is ready for pickup at the A to Z Medical Equipment & Supplies storefront located at 15060 E. Betlwood Parkway, Addison, Texas 75001. We will assembly the equipment and train you how do utilize features upon request.

Please note that in-store pickup is only available during normal store operating hours which are the following:

Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM CST

Saturday: 9:00AM - 1:00PM CST

Please Pickup your item(s) within four business days of receiving the email letting you know the equipment has arrived. You may also be asked to provide one of the following forms of ID to an A to Z Medical representative to pickup the equipment:

  • Government-issued photo ID
  • State-issued driver's license
  • State-issued ID card
  • U.S. passport
  • Military ID

White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery option is available for all items sold. We will deliver and setup the equipment in your home at a time scheduled by you. By choosing "White Glove" delivery as your shipping option when placing an order online you will receive an email confirming the order has been processed. Afterward, when the item arrives and is made available, you will receive a follow-up email or call once your purchase is ready to be scheduled for delivery. We will assembly the equipment and train you how do utilize features in-home. Please refer to the service map to see if you fall within our delivery area. If you are outside this area please call us at (214) 349-2869 before placing an order.

White Glove Delivery Details:

  • Product will be shipped directly from the manufactuer to our storefront.
  • Our licensed technicians will inspect your equipment and ensure it is in perfect working condition.
  • When inspection is passed you will receive a call or email to schedule a delivery.
  • Once delivered, our technician will setup and instruct you on how to use your new medical equipment.

General Shipping Information: Most Standard Medical Equipment will arrive at our storefront in 3 - 5 business days and most custom orders will arrive in 10 - 15 business days. Once the equipment has arrived you will be called and emailed to schedule a pickup or delivery of your equipment. Power Wheelchairs: Most Standard, Travel, Heavy Duty, and Folding Power Wheelchairs will arrive to our location within 3-5 business days if the item is in-stock with the manufacturer. Custom seat sizes, power lifts, and other customization options can take 5-10 business days to arrive at our storefront.

Power Scooters: Most Standard, Travel, Heavy Duty, and Folding Power Scooters will arrive to our location within 3-5 business days if the item is in-stock with the manufacturer. Custom seat sizes, power lifts, and other customization options can take 5-10 business days to arrive at our storefront.

Power Lift Chairs: Lift Chairs with "Quick Ship" materials and sizing will usually arrive within 3-5 business days. Any lift chair that has premium/custom fabric, heat and massage, or custom upgrades and options can take 10 - 15 business days to arrive at our storefront.
