In-Store Service

We will diagnose and repair your medical equipment at no cost to customers who bring their equipment to our storefront at 15060 E Beltwood PKWY, Addison, Texas 75001. This applies only the diagnostics of the issue and labor associated with the repair.

Replacement parts are not covered by the service call charge, however, we will attempt to get replacement parts covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If replacement parts are under the manufacturer's warranty at the time of service, those parts, as well as the repair and labor are free. Parts that need replacement outside of the manufacturer's warranty, then you will be responsible for the costs of parts, but the repair and labor are free.

Regarding batteries: Batteries are only covered for 6 months from the date of purchase on new equipment only or new battery purchases. Service calls made after the 6 month period will also include the cost of replacement batteries.

In-Home Service Calls

Equipment purchased new from A to Z Medical Equipment will be serviced for 1 Year after the date of purchase at a reduced home visit rate of $50.00 per visit. Equipment outside of the 1 Year coverage or equipment not purchased from us can be serviced in-home for $85.00 per visit.

The charges for in-home service include diagnostics, labor, trip charges, mileage, and repair. These charges only include repairs made within our service area.
